of the deposit contract and the health & purchase agreement contract. Fill in appropriate blanks, name,
address, telephone number and please sign and mail with deposit in the form of a U.S. Postal Money order or
Wal-mart money order only, made payable to : Beate Pruitt : Mail to 1852 Pruitt Road, Minden, LA 71055
Once deposit contract and health and purchase contract is received by seller you will be notified by telephone
or e-mail. I will then fill in appropriate pup information, sign and date deposit contract and e-mail back a copy.
(Will send through U.S. postal service if buyer does not have an e-mail address.) Remaining Balance will be
due and payable on date of pick-up if client is picking puppy up from our premises and will be on a Cash Only
Basis with paid in full receipt. Puppies being shipped via airlines will be paid in full (including health certificate,
flight fees and shipping crate unless pup is shipped COD, in this case puppy, shipping crate and health
certificate must be paid in full) before shipment will be scheduled and /or at least 10 days prior to scheduled
shipping date.
NOTE: Your puppy will be sold as a pet (not a breeder) with a limited AKC registration application. We take
pride in our puppies and their pedigrees and have worked hard to assure our clients of a happy and healthy
pup. This agreement assures us that our babies or their offspring will not end up in the hands of a puppy mill
or in a pet shelter for unwanted pups. We do offer full registration from time to time to qualified show homes.
Proof of show attendance is required along with contracted stipulations. If you have any questions about AKC

We normally ship our puppies through Continental Airlines or Delta Airlines . Both airlines are well known for
their safe and courteous services and they take extreme care of our babies during the shipping process. Due
to weather conditions and temperatures, conflicts in shipping schedules can sometimes occur, but can and will
